jjein's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their jjein account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
